Fine. I Used the Wrong Word. I Admit It.

I did want "Lexi-" something, for my last post. Josh (in the comments) was at least half right. Another definition for lexicography is "the principles and procedures involved in writing, editing, or compiling dictionaries." Which, with a little bit of fudging, could count, because I want to compile a dictionary full of weird stuff. What I wanted was ... lexicality, perhaps? Well, this post went directly to hell in a handbasket. Thanks, Josh.

So long as we're harping on you for fucking up, I'd like to direct you to a comment I left on a previous post where you refered to Peyton Manning as "Payton Manning". And don't say it was a pun, because you would have called him "Payout Manning".

I'm kind of addicted to oed.com these days. So that's mostly to blame for my post. I also spent a bout 10 minutes trying to find a flaw in your use of "Christendom" but I think you're good there.
